Spicy Peanut Chilli Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup noodles you can make your handmade noodles with my recipe or just use store bought ones

Sauce:

  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 spring onion stalk chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons chilli oil add more if you want more heat
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Garnish:

  • Chopped spring onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Start cooking the noodles in a separate pot according to the package or recipe instructions while you are cooking the sauce.
  • Cook garlic, spring onion, and ginger in a pot for about 1-2 minutes.
  • While ingredients in step 2 are cooking, mix in the rest of the sauce ingredients in a bowl to make the sauce mixture.
  • Once the garlic, spring onions, and ginger have cooked for 1-2 minutes, put the sauce mixture into the pot.
  • Mix the sauce thoroughly in the pot. Then, throw in the cooked noodles.
  • Serve with garnishes.
