you can make your handmade noodles with my recipe or just use store bought ones
Sauce:

garlic cloves

spring onion stalk

peanut butter

soy sauce

honey

tablespoons
sesame oil

chilli oil
add more if you want more heat

garlic salt

rice vinegar
Garnish:
Chopped spring onions
Sesame seeds
Instructions
Start cooking the noodles in a separate pot according to the package or recipe instructions while you are cooking the sauce.
Cook garlic, spring onion, and ginger in a pot for about 1-2 minutes.
While ingredients in step 2 are cooking, mix in the rest of the sauce ingredients in a bowl to make the sauce mixture.
Once the garlic, spring onions, and ginger have cooked for 1-2 minutes, put the sauce mixture into the pot.
Mix the sauce thoroughly in the pot. Then, throw in the cooked noodles.
Serve with garnishes.
