Noodles:

udon noodles

kimchi
chopped into squares

courgette
chopped into squares

scallions
thinly sliced
4
strips of bacon
chopped (for veggie version, omit)
Sauce:
1
tablespoon
gochujang
1
tablespoon
soy sauce
1
tablespoon
honey
1
tablespoon
sugar
2
garlic cloves
1
teaspoon
sesame oil
Garnish:
Egg
cooked sunny side up
Seaweed
in small strips
Sesame seeds
Spring onions
chopped
Instructions
Cook bacon in a pan. Skip the bacon for a veggie version.
While bacon is cooking, mix the ingredients for the sauce together. Also, cook the udon noodles in a separate pot.
Once bacon is cooked, mix in the courgettes with the bacon.
Throw kimchi into the mixture.
Lastly, mix in the cooked udon noodles and then the sauce.
Serve with scallions, seaweed, sesame seeds, and egg (optional).
