Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Salt to your liking

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 180°C. Pat the chicken wings dry and coat them with corn starch. Cook for ~20 mins.
  • To start making the sauce, cook the garlic in a pan. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, bring it to a boil, and reduce until the sauce is a thick consistency. Add corn starch if you need to make the sauce thicker.
  • Once the wings are done cooking, coat chicken wings with the sauce. Marinate for at least 30 mins.
  • Bake for another 10 mins until golden brown. Let it cool.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions to serve.
