Foodymandy's Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Drain the liquid from the chickpeas with a strainer into a bowl. Save some the chickpea liquid for later.
  • Place the drained chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic cloves, tahini, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a blender / food processor and blend.
  • Continuously add 1-2 tablespoons of the chickpea liquid until blended to your desired smoothness.
