Ingredients

can chickpeas

juiced

Instructions
Drain the liquid from the chickpeas with a strainer into a bowl. Save some the chickpea liquid for later.
Place the drained chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic cloves, tahini, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a blender / food processor and blend.
Continuously add 1-2 tablespoons of the chickpea liquid until blended to your desired smoothness.
