Burrata with Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients
  

  • Burrata
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut into halves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Basil leaves

Instructions
 

  • Mix cherry tomatoes with sugar, salt, olive oil.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C or until caramelised.
  • Cool for ~20 minutes. While cooling, lightly cook garlic until brown.
  • Plate tomato confit with garlic and basil and carefully place burrata on confit.
  • Serve with toasted bread.
