cherry tomatoes
cut into halves

teaspoon
sugar

teaspoon
salt

olive oil

garlic cloves

Basil leaves
Instructions
Mix cherry tomatoes with sugar, salt, olive oil.
Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C or until caramelised.
Cool for ~20 minutes. While cooling, lightly cook garlic until brown.
Plate tomato confit with garlic and basil and carefully place burrata on confit.
Serve with toasted bread.
