Foodymandy’s Hummus
Materials
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Drain the liquid from the chickpeas with a strainer into a bowl. Save some the chickpea liquid for later.
- Place the drained chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic cloves, tahini, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a blender / food processor and blend.
- Continuously add 1-2 tablespoons of the chickpea liquid until blended to your desired smoothness.
