Foodymandy’s Homemade Pesto
Materials
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of ground pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan optional or for a vegan version, replace with nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor until blended through.
- Serve with pasta or as a dip.
