There is a unique sense of amusement from the oozing of a freshly sliced burrata that is incomparable. Burrata is extremely easy to prepare and is guaranteed to impress your friends.
Burrata with Roasted Tomatoes
Materials
- Burrata
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut into halves
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Basil leaves
Instructions
- Mix cherry tomatoes with sugar, salt, olive oil.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C or until caramelised.
- Cool for ~20 minutes. While cooling, lightly cook garlic until brown.
- Plate tomato confit with garlic and basil and carefully place burrata on confit.
- Serve with toasted bread.
