I have hopped back to the other side of the pond (to Canada) for the holidays. So for this recipe, I will be referring to “chips” as potato chips and not fries. Sorry, British friends!
Ruffles is a potato chip brand in Canada that I grew up eating. They get their name from the chips’ ruffled ridges. They are one of my favourites especially their All Dressed Flavour (a combination of barbecue, ketchup, sour cream and onion, and salt and vinegar).
Because I love sweet and savoury combinations and I especially love chips, I experimented with making potato chips marshmallow squares! You don’t need to specifically use Ruffles, you can use any ruffled potato chips.
