Why can’t you ever just buy the right amount of pickled red onions you need from the grocery store? I always end up with spare! On the bright side, they can be kept for quite a while before they go bad. But I still always end up with more than I need. There’s nothing I dislike more than food waste and watching food go bad or go into the bin. So this is a great way to use your spare red onions.
These pickled red onions only take a few minutes to prepare. They can live in your fridge for a few weeks. Perfect for sandwiches and salads!
