There are so many different flavours to enjoy chicken wings with! Honey and garlic are an undeniable combination.

These chicken wings are so deliciously sticky! You will want to lick the sauce off of your plate after. They can be a main dish, a side, or even a snack!

Honey Garlic Chicken Wings
Yield: 4 people
Materials
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 garlic cloves
- Salt to your liking
Instructions
- Preheat oven 180°C. Pat the chicken wings dry and coat them with corn starch. Cook for ~20 mins.
- To start making the sauce, cook the garlic in a pan. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, bring it to a boil, and reduce until the sauce is a thick consistency. Add corn starch if you need to make the sauce thicker.
- Once the wings are done cooking, coat chicken wings with the sauce. Marinate for at least 30 mins.
- Bake for another 10 mins until golden brown. Let it cool.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions to serve.
