Avocados are godsent. I refuse to believe that they are preventing Millennials from being homeowners. So I will continue to be obsessed with avocados and having them on toast and also as a dip with my chips (in the form of guacamole).
Besides being obsessed with avocados and food in general, I am also obsessed with sustainability and finding more ways we can help to save our planet. I was sent the plates in the above picture by Foogo Green. Their products are natural, eco-friendly, and biodegradable. They are perfect for picnics or when you’re on the go!
Foodymandy’s Guacamole
Materials
- 3-4 Avocados
- 1 large red onion diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper or paprika
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of chilli flakes
- 2 limes juiced
Instructions
- Mash the avocados. Then mix in the red onions and squeeze in lime juice continue to mash in.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients.
- Serve with tortilla chips. You can also feel free to use any toppings you like. I also tried topping mine with with feta and pomegranate – so delish!
